I was really curious and excited, but above all curious. What will I expect this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.? Who will I meet? What are we doing there and do I really want to open up? - in front of strangers? This curiosity, coupled with a level of suffering that was new and unknown to me, allowed me to overcome my skepticism. The decisive factor was a strong AHA moment when reading Alexandra's homepage. I recognized myself and my problem and I was impressed by their openness. Right from the introduction to the seminar, Alexandra was able to take all my tension away with her obliging but unobtrusive manner, and the group immediately gave me a feeling of community. Nevertheless, I was unsure until the end whether I would really tackle my own line-up. Without pressure and with a lot of sensitivity, she then introduced me to my list of symptoms and I am incredibly grateful to her for that. In October 2014, we took part in a church trip to Israel. Already on the 3rd or 4th day, my back gave me a lot of trouble, so that I could no longer really take part in the excursions because I couldn't walk without pain. Alexandra treated me twice during this holiday and I am sooooooo grateful to her, because otherwise I would probably only have seen half of what impressed us all so wonderfully. At home in Dietzenbach, I've been going to treatments again and again over the past few years because it really helps me a lot. It's great how I can feel my whole body adjusting itself during the treatments. I am very happy that these “healing hands” give me a lot of relief for my back. Now I've also had the experience of systemic coaching - a constellation with ground anchors and Playmobil figures, and I have to say that I'm deeply impressed by what has opened up for me. I was tormented by a wide variety of physical and psychological problems... I went to the doctor, to the physio, to the naturopath and still couldn't find peace. Since I got to know Alexandra during my family coach training and I immediately felt very comfortable around her, I decided to make an appointment with her. I confided in her and I have no regrets!!!

Starting with a relaxed, confidence-building conversation with a still water, it went straight into a very relaxing feel-good treatment state. Alexandra has a gift for finding blocked spots in the body and practically dissolving them with her healing hands! My somewhat stiff arm before the treatment is the best example: she felt straight away that "something isn't flowing" and stayed where she was with her sensitivity and her hands. In the meantime, in five sessions, I have been able to experience how Alexandra works in the field of Cranio Sacral Healing. I always had the feeling that my whole person was being taken care of, whether in conversation or in bodywork. This calmed me down and gave me the confidence to fully engage in her treatment. Alexandra really listens, gets involved, approaches you gently and at the same time demanding. Together we explored the currently feasible space for me, which was never exceeded. With a deep sensitivity she felt my energetic blockages, treated them physically parallel to my inner processes. It was like a holistic release of blocked energies. I am certainly not an easy customer, as I myself have some knowledge and experience in both energetic and body work. But I never had the feeling that I could "cheat" them with my strategies, so to speak. For me, that is what defines her professionalism: Alexandra knows her trade, is present, empathetic and alert.
